Brief Summary of Experience:
More than thirty-two years of professional experience with an emphasis on engineering, estimating and project management. Has served as the Manager of Estimating in two large construction companies and as a consultant to the construction industry.

Self-employed Construction Consultant (December 1991 Present)
Provide continuing project management, estimating and scheduling services to several small contracting and A/E firms in the Western United States. Estimating services are predominately for fixed price bidding and design reviews. Scheduling services are typically for “troubled project turnaround”, and usually requested by an owner. Retained by a large aerospace firm to manage change order negotiations for a $2.6 billion expansion program.

Principal – Bluewater Project Management Services (March 2000 to Present)

As a principal in the company, is responsible for the marketing, managing and performing the traditional construction services that Bluewater provides – Constructibility Reviews, Value Analysis and Cost Estimating. Projects range in size from under $100,000 to over $150 million and encompass power generation, manufacturing, schools and colleges, parks and zoos and governmental facilities. Provided cost estimating services to the State of Washington, Department of Capitol Facilities to prepare earthquake assessment costs for submission to FEMA for damages to the Capitol Campus. Additionally, provide cost estimating services to several Architects in the Seattle Area and requested to assist in claims analysis by City of Everett and State of Washington
