  • Designed new building electrical distribution and lighting as well as providing electrical design support for the on-going expansion and remodeling efforts throughout the factory and office environments.
  • Lead electrical engineer and project engineer roles on numerous projects that have included not only the design of power distribution for the factory environment but also the design of power distribution and lighting in hundreds of thousands of square feet of office and laboratory spaces.
  • Projects in Everett have included 480V sub-stations and 400hz electronics lab experience.

  • In addition to factory expansion / remodeling support during this period, was also the electrical engineer supporting the new Wind Slide Test facility, providing power, lighting and grounding designs for new construction.

  • Provided electrical design for both power and lighting distribution in office and manufacturing environments at Boeing’s Everett site.
  • During this period, was the lead electrical engineer supervising a small team of engineers and designers providing field verification and “As-Built” drawings for several existing buildings at Boeing’s Everett Site.

Boeing Facilities & Technical Support Services, June ‘95 - Oct. ‘95

Construction Manager

  • Contracted to provide construction management services in support of the United States Army’s “Reserve Component Automation System” program.
  • Represented the Boeing Company as an on site “Construction Manager” at various Army Reserve and National Guard posts in Indiana and Illinois, and supervised the installation of 120 volt power and local area network cabling.

Computer Skills

Experienced with both AutoCAD and manual drafting practices and literate in most of the common applications.


Education

Olympic Community College, Bremerton, WA.

On-the-job training included position with Art Anderson and Associates (Sept. ’80 - Aug. ‘84) as an Electrical Technician “B” (Drafter / Designer). This involved drafting isometric, plan, section and detail views as well as schematics and wire tables for assorted military and commercial vessels, (ships), based on input from both the engineering staff and personally performing extensive “ship checks” with frequent travel in order to field verify existing conditions.
